Sirheni bushveld camp is located in the northern section of the Kruger National Park and offers nice day walks. The camp is renowned for the Lichtenstein hartebeest.

Sirheni Bushveld Camp is renowned for bird watching...Sirheni bushveld camp is located on the banks of the Serhini Dam. Sirheni is said to be the finest bushveld camp in the Kruger National Park. Since it offers excellent game viewing as well as excellent bird watching and is located close to the famous Mphongolo loop. The extremely rare Lichtenstein hartebeest, reintroduced in the area from Malawi, can be seen when you are very lucky. There are ten 6-bed huts and five 4-bed huts available. As well as two hidings overlooking the river.

There is an alternative to staying in the standard accommodation offered at the Kruger National Park, and one which is particularly suited to people who like watching birds and those people who prefer to be alone with nature. A number of smaller camps without shops or restaurants and that only offer serviced and fully furnished air-conditioned accommodation to ensure a very comfortable stay. Private camps accommodate fewer that 20 people and visitors must book the entire camp. Thus it offers an exclusive experience as well. Bushveld camps can be booked on the normal basis for any number of guests. They are in great demand and even though one has to book up to 13 months, over a year, in advance, they are generally oversubscribed.
